BOARD OF DIRECTORS

It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to formulate decisions, which are to be executed by the Management. The members of the board are persons with sound business and executive capacity, who are trusted and of high integrity to deliberate effectively and meaningfully on the fortunes of the Company. From their decisions, normally emerge the basic ingredients with which management runs the enterprise.

MANAGEMENT

The Management team, which is headed by Principal Partner, includes other young men who had distinguished themselves in various areas of specialization.

ENGINEER BOLA O. SOWUNMI

He is the Managing Partner and a holder of Higher National Diploma in Physics with Electronics from Yaba College of Technology. He has a decade experience in lift industry. He started his Lift Engineering career in 1991 at BAFANI ENG. CO. LTD as a service Engineer. While there, he worked in various capacities and was exposed to all brands of lifts at various sites.

He has worked on BLT Lifts, Aljo, Kone, Express, Sabiem, Sorotex, Thyssen, Otis, Schlinder lifts, etc. He left in 1995 as Assistant Service Manager to join ANGY DEE LTD (ENGINEERING DIVISION) as a pioneer staff and Technical Manager. There, he was responsible for the day – to – day activities of the Company and Marketing. He left in 1997 to join POWERTRONICS NIG. LTD as a partner and Head of Projects. While there, he worked in various capacities placing the Company in suitable position with public relations assignment.

He is a Principal Partner and Head of Operations with Powermechtronics Nig. Ltd and has acquired a wide and varied experience in Installation, Maintenance, Captive Management and Marketing. He has attended various Management and Technical courses and seminars within Nigeria and outside Nigeria. International Seminars/ Training Training and workshop practice on modern techniques in elevator installation – Shenyang, China – 2007. Training on services and maintenance in elevator industry – Shenyang, China, 2008. Workshop on safety and hazard during installation and maintenance – Beijing, China – 2009.

JOHN DARE OLOYEDE

He is a law graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. He graduated in Second Class Upper Division winning the Professor B.O. Iluyomade Prize as the best graduating student in Administrative Law in 1991. He has put about 29 years into continuous legal practice beginning with the chambers of Chief Mike Ahamba S. A. N. in Owerri, Imo State before joining the firm of B. A. M. Fashanu (S.A.N) where he worked continuously for nearly 10 years before establishing his own practice. A lawyer’s lawyer, Oloyede possesses extensive and wide-ranging experience in practice before the High Courts, the Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court in Nigeria by reason of which he co-ordinates all litigation and litigation-related matters in chambers.

He is a member of the International Bar Association and an Associate Member of Negotiation and Conflict Management Group – an international private initiative aimed at promoting mediation and conciliation as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism. With the advent of the Multi-Door Court House in Lagos State as an offshoot of the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group, he has positioned his firm such that the presence of the firm as functional mediators in handling diverse cases referred for mediation is assured. In furtherance of a desire to promote and participate actively in AlternativeDispute Resolution (ADR), he joined the reputable Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK in 2009 as Associate Member.

Thereafter, he enrolled at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Nigeria (CIAN) and upon satisfying the necessary requirements, was conferred with the Fellowship of the body in November, 2014. He is the in-house expert in matters relating to real estate whether litigation or otherwise. He has also had cause to handle criminal matters of different kinds at courts of first instance and appellate courts. He has attended seminars and workshops within Nigeria and in Europe in matters relating to Maritime Practice and Arbitration. He is a certified Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and a former President of Rotary Club, Surulere North East.

John Dare Oloyede is presently the Principal Partner in J. D. Oloyede’s Law Chambers which is a well-equipped service oriented law firm with the competencies and capabilities to answer and undertake assignments within the whole range of work available to legal practice and alternative dispute resolution. The practice was established in the 1990’s, but later expanded in the years with young, vibrant, dynamic, upright and intellectually inspired ladies and gentlemen. Transmission Engineer (Front Office), 2011-2016

• Provided support for field engineers by monitoring real time status of SDH and PDH network nodes using TELLABS 8000 Network Manager.
• Timed and incessant follow up on the initiated trouble ticket and work order within SLA.
• Managed second level engineers and field engineers to enable quick resolution of an outage.
• Monitored and escalated services fault affecting calls and data quality to field engineers and second level engineers.
• Traced faulty E1 for BSS Engineers to enhance speedy fault troubleshooting.
• Monitored the direct channel and ADM (add and drop multiplexer) the prevent backbone sites availability to outage.
